Do you give credit back if you already paid for services just a few days before you sign up for Apple one. I paid double for it

Apple One starts with a one month trial for subscription components that you haven’t tried before. That means that you should account for one month overlap for subscription components that you did have before. After that, Apple will cancel the duplicate subscriptions on the same account automatically.
