iPad trade in value?

The iPad mini2 (A1489) and iPad mini1 (A1432) are now too old for Apple’s own trade-in programme. Apple will, however, responsibly recycle them for no charge.

You might do better selling your very old iPads privately - but perhaps consider that they will be of limited (if any) utility to a buyer - as compatible Apps for the mini2 are becoming increasingly scarce within the Apple App Store. As for the mini1 (now fully obsolete) downloadable Apps are no longer available.

I have an iPad Pro 11/256/2nd Generation purchased in Apr 2021 at $ 1,1015. The device is valued at less than 30% by Apple service Centre for reasons best known to God almighty since a software glitch has made the device dead.

FWIW, Apple's initial estimate may or may not be the final offer. The third party trade in partner has the last word after they examine it once they receive it from you.
