How do I contact the developer of ControlCentre to get a 64-bit version now that I have switched to Catalina as the operating system for my iMac?

the place you got the app would likely mention the developer of the said app
did a google for it maybe it's this ControlCenter (sensirion.com)
if so you should be able to contact them from their site
if not then you can check
if they don't plan on making a 64bit version then I would not hold my breath
