hello apple so basically while sleeping my phone was pressing the button multiple times until the phone was fully closed so i took my phone to the worker to open it he did but i lost everything that was in the phone can you please help me
so basically while sleeping my phone was pressing the button multiple times until the phone was fully closed so i took my phone to the worker to open it he did but i lost everything that was in the phone but on my other phone which is signed in to the same icloud had my old photos that are not in my new phone how do i recover them
