How to transfer large video file

I have a large video file that will not play on my phone. It 44.82 GB and I can't upload it to dropbox as it says that there is no space on my phone.

Please use a cable and connect to iTunes and then transfer to PC / Mac --> Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ...
