No. She won’t be able to see it. Only devices signed in with your icloud account will be able to see it.

It’s not connected to a specific device, it’s connected to your icloud account.
So, no matter which device it gets set up on doesn't really matter. I was hoping that my wife and I could see it on our iPhones separately.
