I am receiving an email that my new account can not send emails until I active my server?
How do I do that?

Are you able to send an eMail? To troubleshoot this, try sending to yourself or someone (with them knowing). If you get no errors and all goes through, then this is a scam eMail, in which case, you'd Ignore it. I'd suspect that someone is seeking your credentials, if such is the case. So, change the password, for safety concerns.
