I cannot retrieve the serial number for my airpods
I cannot retrieve the serial number for my airpods. They will not connect to any of my devices and I cannot get them to charge. The number is written too small for me to read it under the case.
If you have AirPods or AirPods Pro, your AirPods and your charging case share a serial number. You can find the serial number on the underside of the lid of your Charging Case, Wireless Charging Case, or MagSafe Charging Case.
