I swapped SIM cards with another IPhone and I rang my number on other phone that had my Sim in and it rang so therefore it’s not a network problem it’s my phone.

Settings > Battery > Battery Health
To be clearer, this icon is the Settings app:
...Tap it to open Settings app. Then scroll down to Battery and tap it. Then tap Battery Health and tell us what the Maximum Capacity % is. If its value is only "––", let us know that.

As far as I’m aware but it was a refurbished phone when I bought it and it’s worked smashing up until this problem
