It sounds as though that Mac's battery will not charge.

Is it partially powering up or just some absolutely dark display showing nothing happening at all? I had a case where my battery died and I couldn't even start it when connected to power (light green and everything). But after I took it to an Apple Store (got an appointment for a battery service) I could actually power it on while I was waiting for the tech to be available). There's a chance that it's intermittent.

Yes the Mackbook battery won’t charge. There is no sign of charging. I have tested the power cord type 3C and it is working perfectly when I use it in charging other device. I think the battery is dead but I don’t know why a MacBook battery will be dead after a long time not in use. This has caused me a lot this time around. Please I need help on how to resolve it. Thanks and God bless.
