For my MacBook air early 2015 I can't upgrade to Monterrey . Am I stuck with Catalina

What is the latest OS I can upgrade my early MacBook air to? I have Catalina but can't upgrade to Monterrey. Although, the support page says Monterrey is compatible with my computer.
