Apple Watch SE Purchase

I bought the Apple Watch SE a few days ago. I wish I would’ve bought the Apple Watch Series 7. Am I able to take it back to the store and exchange it and pay the difference? If so how long do I have to do this, 7 to 14 days?

Thank you. Is the battery lif better on the Series 7 versus the SE?

I would say they are about the same.

Apple says with average use you should get about 18 hours between charges.
