Apple watch leaving marks on skin

Why is my apple watch (SE) leaving a dark mark on my skin? It does not hurt or anything but it is kinda worrisome. It is right under the watch sensors. Is this a problem? Im sorry for it being hard to see in the picture because of my dark skin.
