My battery charges very slow
How can I make my iPhones battery capacity to be 100%

You cannot increase the battery's capacity, or Battery Health, but you can charge. If you have Optimized Charging turned on, the iPhone will charge up to 80%, then will slow down and trickle to 100% based on your charging history.
