Only SOME of my Google calendars are showing up on my iPhone. How can I get the missing ones?

Due to work, family, and other personal connections I need to have my Google (x2), icloud, and Outlook calendars in one place. I'm in the Mac ecosystem, so that the calendar I default to. I am able to get them all on the calendar app on my desktop Mac, but not on my phone. Most of my Google calendars come up as an option, but not all of them come up on the phone. I've tried restarting the phone, logging out of Gmail and re-logging in, deleting the app and re-installing, to no avail. They show up on the computer, but there area few that don't show up on the phone. One calendar I was invited to by a friend, another is one I added from my daughter's school. They will do show up using the Google Calendar App, but I can't get my Outlook or Ical calendars to sync with that one. Plus I prefer that regular calendar app.

I called support and they suggested it was on Google's end, which I suppose is possible. Wondering if anyone has had this same issue, I can't be the only one.
