I have an M1 Max Macbook Pro.
I have the latest updates for the OS.
The Finder side bar has stopped showing all the items that it is supposed to show.
Here is what I see:

They are almost all checked. The used to show up just a few days ago. I can't remember when it stopped, but one thing was the last OS update happened yesterday.
Thoughts?

That worked. That is SOOOOOO not intuitive. On top of that I never clicked that to collapse it in the first place. Why would the default be closed and then now show the caret until you are over it? Not a great design.

Hover the cursor to the right of the word Favorites until you see the caret appear. Click it.

The screenshots showed up in the editor when I pasted them. I will save them out and upload them.
