I have a MacBookAir 13 in running Sierra 10.12.6 - what should I update to? Have not done an update in several years.

What Operating System should I update to if I'm running Sierra 10.12.6 on my MacBookAir? Obviously have not updated my system in years.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and depending on what you find and which MacBook Air model you have, then on the download link for High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
