My iPhone 11 has failed to install the last three iOS updates. Says it can't because I'm no longer connected to the internet. My wife's iPhone 11 using the same internet connection has successfully downloaded and installed 15.6.1 What should I do?

I only have a Chromebook and it doesn't seem likely that would be a good choice.
No, a Chromebook won't work. It needs to be a Windows PC or a Mac.
Ask a friend or relative who has a computer ifvyou can use theirs or go to an Apple store and ask to usecon of theirs.
See if having an active cellular data connection fixes it.
