I have the Apple one individual plan. Can I deleted Apple Arcade and substitute Apple news ?

I have the Apple One individual plan but don’t use Arcade. Can I substitute Apple News+ for arcade?

You are unable to substitute in such a way. Instead you can add news on separately or cancel the individual plan and get the separate services.
