Dock is buggy after switching to monterey

My dock is so buggy after passing to

monterey (i tried "sudo killall Dock" but to no avail) and as you can

see from the video the apps once minimized two times become buggy.

Another thing is that when i open the application folder from the dock

(and only from there) and try running something i get the application

not found (-609) error (only after minimizing the app two times). Can

somone be so kind to help me? (macbook pro retina 15 inch mid 2015 i

switched from mojave to monterey directly, yes i am stupid)
