Monterey macOS 12.5 was released to public on July 20 2022.
There may be a step or two up since that Update.
Now it's supposed to be:

Not sure about a couple of steps until eureka 12.5.1 as the older versions are not appearing any longer

Using the MDS app from the Apple Developers site I get three 12.5.1 downloads.
Go figure.
I downloaded the ::2 version at 12.45 GB and it installed without issue.
12.5.1 was released yesterday.

Well, I see one on an intel iMac and two on an M1 MacBook Air. Beats me.
Thx for follow up. Do know there was what looked like an efi boot rom applied to the M1 machines here.
M2 for the others duplicate ? Guessing
No clue. The thing is, they are exactly the same size and build number.
At least you get different product IDs. 😎
