SONG WONT UPLOAD TO I CLOUD MUSIC ." I TUNES STORE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR I TUNES LIBRARY "

I have HIGH SIERRA ON MY Mac Pro 15 LATE 2011 MODEL 2 TB SSD .I had no problems all this time and years until now It started happening . Every time I now record or download any song from vinyl , cd rip , cassette , internet download or live dj record , then I make each recording that is an AAFC , MP4A OR WAVE , I turn each of them all to mp3 format from the I TUNES File format converter so it could be uploaded to I CLOUD MUSIC . Then when I hit " UPLOAD TO I CLOUD MUSIC " to any song , then I get an error message that " GENIUS CANNOT BE UPDATED BECAUSE I TUNES STORE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR I TUNES MUSIC " I tried selecting upload to I cloud music again and again , then it just keep giving me the same error message . The orange genius symbol appears and circles and keeps giving me the genius error message . The I cloud symbol be circling also giving me the same genius error message . I,ve latter found out the I TUNE STORE , RADIO , BROWSE ,AND FOR YOU sellections on I tunes don't show on I TUNES any more , Could this be the problem ? What can I do now ?
