I bought the new MacBook before one week at the student price, also i bought "AirPods 3" at the same order.

The AirPods 179$ and Gift card amount 150$ have been withdrawn

but the MacBook has canceled after that, will they return my 150$? And when?

Buying MacBook from Education Store Recently, I placed an order MacBook Air 13 on apple.com ,waited for some time and was charged only for $150 gift card. Since the rest payment didn't proceed I cancelled the order. So I was charged $150 and didn't get a refund. Can you help me? Will I get my $150 back?

You will need to contact Apple Support directly as we are not Apple employees here and can't answer those questions.

To do so, simply select the Get Support link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
