Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you've done some great troubleshooting so far. If you haven't already, restart your device and ensure your software is updated to the latest version. Restarting and updating can fix many issues.
Restart your iPhone
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If it continues, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Focus
2. Turn ‘Share Across Devices’ to On if it is currently off.
3. Turn on one of the default Focus states, such as Do Not Disturb
4. Wait a few seconds, then turn that Focus state off
5. Check-in with one of your contacts to see if the status still shows that you have notifications silenced
Following these steps may resolve the incorrect status from showing. Should it persist after these steps, we recommend completing the same steps on any other devices you use with your Apple ID, if applicable.
