Apple Watch re-pairing

My Apple Watch SE was accidentally unpaired from a phone that now no longer works. In addition, my Apple ID has changed several times since the phone was activated and I have no idea what the old ID is. I am trying to pair it to a new phone but keep hitting brick walls. There is no Apple store/reseller in my area. Not sure what to do next.

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Remove the Activation Lock Here.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
