Turn off camera restrictions

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and apparently I accidentally either deleted the camera app (can't find it anywhere) or put some sort of restriction on the camera. When I find the app, it says that I need to turn off restrictions. But it doesn't appear that I have any restrictions set. The icon in the lower right of the "power up" screen (for the camera) is darkened out and I can't use it. Thank you!
