Numbers "Open Recent"

Open recent does not show the most recent opened numbers spreadsheet file. It shows some items, but not others. Is there a fix?

In Numbers for Mac "File > Open Recent" is empty I have a few spreadsheets that I edit frequently. Until recently they would always be in the list in File > Open Recent. Recently this menu has been showing "Clear menu" and nothing else - i.e. it's not showing my recent spreadsheets, and it's saying "Clear menu" when it's not showing any sheets to clear... My Mac is running the latest version of macOS (15.0.1) and Numbers (version 14.2 (7041.0.109))

Can Numbers menu option for Recent Files be changed? So this is not the most pressing problem in the world today, but it has been bothering me for a long time. Please see the screenshot below - note when Numbers is started, (by default) a user can see as many as the last ten files opened in the Open Recent section of the menu. (The blue block is to obscure file names only and does not actually appear on the screen...) Question: I would like to increase the number of files shown in the Open Recent section of the Numbers menu to 15 or 20 - how can I do that (or can this be done)? Thanks for any ideas on this!

Numbers Why does 'save as' not show up in the File drop down menu? When I go to the Help menu it shows there.
