completely uninstall an app

how do i completely uninstall an app from my device, not just hide it in app store. i want to completely wipe an app off from my phone since i have trouble with it and start from scratch?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

thanks, i know that. i have removed/deleted them as instructed, but they still show up on my user in apps that are hidden and bought. i want to remove them completely.
