icloud calendar of off by +1 hour when I add to Outlook

When I add my iCloud family calendar to Outlook using the webcal url, it shows events 1 hour ahead of the actual time it was scheduled. I have verified the time zone is Phoenix in iCloud, on my iPhone, in Outlook for web and on my computer. I found some posts that say to uncheck time zone support in iCloud but it doesn't matter if it is checked or unchecked, the events are off by +1 hour.

Any suggestions to resolve this?

Hi FrankFattizzi,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

To address your iCloud calendar being off by one hour, make sure that your computer has all important updates installed and the time and date is correct.

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Open iCloud for Windows
  3. Deselect Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Tasks, then click Apply.
  4. Wait a few seconds, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks, then click Apply.
  5. Open Outlook.

Regards.
