Watch control center

I’m no longer able to get to the control center by swiping up or down. I can’t no longer activate the water resistant setting. Can someone please help me?

Is there another way to launch control center other than swiping? I’m unable to swipe up or down on my watch when at the watch face screen and am unable to launch the control center. The ability to swipe up/down works in other aspects. I suspect the issue is related to enabling the water feature and forgetting to turn the dial to disable it. I actually used the water feature to lock the watch from accidental swipes as it basically locks the screen. I didn’t actually go in water.

Can't find My control center after the last update (iOS 10.0.1) on my A2473 watch. Pressing the crown doesn't work that way, and neither does swiping up. Before the update - swiping up gave me the control center so I could quickly put it in water mode. After update - swipe up doesn't give me control center and good right to daily exercise stuff. Pressing the crown pulls up apps not control center.
