iCloud storage
I ruins my iphone in water and wasn’t able to get it on again and I have no
data on my iCloud from that time when I spilled the water in it and 6 month previous to that. How can I get all that back?

The phone would have to be repaired just enough to where you can get it to turn on and have the touchscreen and Lightning port working so you can make a backup of the data via a Mac or PC.
