FILES Folder

My FILES folder on my IPhone 11 is empty and always has been. Shouldn't you see the phone files there

iPhone 14 Pro Files App Automatically Deleting Files over time I have certain files in a folder that I placed there about 1 month ago. Now they are missing but the folders are there with just the folder name, no files. Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening?
