Speakers on both 2nd gen AirPods work well but microphones not working. My voice is not being picked up fully or at all for phone calls. I’ve tried the non-invasive tips to reconnect, etc. and none have worked. Can the microphones be repaired?

We understand that you are having an issue with your AirPods microphone. Have you checked and clean any debris from the microphone? Does the issue remain if the AirPods are connected to another iPhone? If cleaning and testing the AirPods on a different device doesn't correct the issue, look into having the AirPods inspected.
