If l get a warning text about some Apple service, whom do l contact about its veracity?

And, while l have you, have you ever heard about a MacBook Pro that does weird things when you type in a “b” or “B”? My laptop randomly skips lines, or deletes whole lines, when l type a b.
Apple does not send warning texts, so you don't need to do anything except delete them - they are scams.
Sounds like it could be a hardware issue.
