How do I access clipboard on my iPhone 13?

How do I access clipboard on my iPhone 13? I have done tap and hold in the text box but all that comes up is scan text which leads me to my camera. Please help

Thanks, I have realised it is only when I am trying to copy something from Google, any ideas

Here’s the answer:

If "Paste" does not appear as an available option, then the clipboard is empty.

Sometimes the item will not copy because the application may have restrictions on what can be copied.

Many websites place restrictions for copyright protected material.
