How or where do I find my Keychain password?

The admin password that is used to sign in with Mac is keychain password .

Open finder > take cursor on top menu bar > Go > hold option key click on library > click on keychains folder the admin password is saved in > login . Keychain -db

However the folder is encrypted and it can't be viewed by an administrator , so the password saved in it can't be viewed .
