Virus/Malware in iCloud

Hello my family member gotten fished and it’s looking like the malware imbedded itself into the iCloud. When I reseted the mobile the malware was in the backup. I tried the backup from the day it happened and from days before but it was in all of them. Does someone know how to get rid of it or some different solutions?

Troubleshooting being Phished:

Secure your Info:

1. Verify your Devices:

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

II. Report Items to Apple:

Take some screenshots of this, and forward it off to AppleUse my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

III. Scan your Mac for Malware:

Use MalwareBytes for Mac --- This is software that searches for malware/adware. So, scan with it and then remove what is found. Once removed, uninstall MalwareBytes for Mac. Then restart the Mac.
