My iMac 27 inch won’t start after power cut

I’ve tried removing power cable, holding in power button 30 seconds etc nothing is working at all.

iMac, OS X 10.11

When I hold the off/on button, the apple shows and the sound but then the screen goes black After the screen goes black, I press the on/off button and hold it for awhile and let go. After a few seconds, I push and hold it again until the apple and sound and then it goes black again.

iMac 2006 22" 250GB, 2.2 ghz Intel, 2 GB RAM with MAC OS 10.7.7 doesn’t start after electricity plug fell off the power strip I cannot start up my iMac: I tried to unplug the power cord and plugged it back into the power strip. I also tried to use this command: shift+apple command+P while pushing the start button many times and nothing happened. Anybody has any solutions? Thanks
