How do I change billing address on iPhone 13 ,it’s refusing to change the country
I can not be able to buy iCloud storage I can not upgrade it and I can not change the billing address as well

Do you have balance on your Apple ID? or active subscriptions? You will need to zero the balance first and end any active subscriptions in order to change your country or region
