iWatch Series 7 & iPhone 14 Pro Max issue I have been struggling with paring iWatch & iPhone. On iWatch app doesn't recognized my iWatch while my iWatch is recognized my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I recently traded in with my old iPhone 12 Pro Max. Help!

What is the latest software update for the iwatch 5? I updated my iphone 7, but can't get my iwatch 5 to update. Wondering if there was no update there. I have restarted both, hooked in to my wifi and bluetooth, but when I go to the watch app to start update, it has me check that my iphone 7 has been updated, and ends there. Sometimes it says there is an error. Do I need to make an appointment for tech support?
