Reels Video quality

I just purchased a iPhone 13 pro max after hearing that the camera and video quality is so good. But I'm so disappointed every time I make a video on the phone camera and then upload it to my instagram reels it goes blurry and compresses my video significantly. I have seen people, Upload high definition videos on reels using there iPhone 13 pro max. Why am I having this issue with my device
