I have submitted my debit card several times and is always rejected, why?

I have placed a new debit card to use and it seems to never work here on Apple. It works everywhere else without a problem. What is the issue?

iPhone SE, iOS 15

  1. If your card was declined, add a new payment method or update your payment information. You can add multiple payment methods to your Apple ID.


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
