Toggle current desktop apps

How can I toggle between 2 apps I have in a desktop?

I'm not looking to use command tab- that toggles all apps.

Ex: Mail and Word are open in one Desktop - I'm looking for a shortcut that toggles between the 2.

Thoughts?

How to unhide windows all belonging to the same app I have the same problem with all apps, from finder to a browser. If we take finder for example, if I have more than one finder window open, I want to be move from one window to another quickly. However the usual window swapping approaches using CMD-tab or the dock only rotate between apps, but not between windows in the same app. Is there a quick way to do this and even better could I make it a short cut? At the moment I have to use the Window menu and manually select the different windows at the bottom of that menu, which is slow and cumbersome. Because they are not fixed menu commands, you can't setup a shortcut.

Frontmost app follows me on every new Desktop What is the setting in Preferences where you can toggle the front most app to follow you around every time you open a new Workspace? I'd like to open a new Desktop without the frontmost app appearing every time.

Switching to hidden open application I tend to hide open applications that I switch back to using command tab. However, if I select these applications via control tab, it won't make the application windows visible. Is there a setting that will unhide an open application switched to via command-tab or is there key modifier I can use to unhide the selected application windows? Or do I have to install a third party app such as AltTab to get this functionality?
