Location not available of a trusted family member

Ok My husband and I are in a family of which I’m the administrator it’s my husband myself and my two children.

When I go to messages and I click on the picture of him, That is how are usually check where he is to see me what his ETA is four just to find out what he’s doing it just to touch bases throughout the day that’s just what we do with each other. So I go to open up my contact information with my husband is the contact , that used to show me a cross-section of Maps and it would say….locating…and then it would find him and tell me His location. Now it doesn’t it just looks is just buffers and then says location cannot be found or location not found. She says the same thing happens with me all the time and he’s going to just stop sharing his location with me because it’s frustrating to him because he thinks I’ve turn it off or he gets jealous or he wonders what’s going on and him I don’t understand what the program or application is not working properly.

I go to settings and to location services and I see that it’s on and that we’re sharing with each other once again I’m the family organizer my husband‘s an adult and my two children are children I have no problem seeing my son my daughter I’ve never been able to see because she doesn’t do that even though she sees where I am I never get to see where she is but I’m OK with that. So is there something we can do to fix this is there’s something that we’ve got turned on in some weird place that even though it says we’re sharing our location it’s blocking that? Please help me to understand
