Moving apps & data to new phone

On the new iPhone.......

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase all Content and Settings

This will get you back to the original "hello" screen to set up the phone again so you can transfer settings or use a backup.

If you still have the old phone, if it supports the latest iPhone operating system (iOS), it is best to update it first.

Cloning your iPhone works best when they are both running the identical iOS version.

Do you still have the old phone? You will have to erase the new phone and start the setup process over again, this time migrating from the old phone or a backup of the old phone.
