I would like to delete my purchases history because I don’t want some purchases history to be seen again I want them deleted for ever

As sberman wrote, it can't be deleted (unless you delete your Apple ID).

You can, however, hide it-

Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
