How to put money on my Apple Cash card from my Apple ID account?

How do I get my money back it was supposed to go to my Apple Cash card and then it went to my Apple account and now I can’t get in

You can’t transfer your Apple Account balance to another payment method. From the article below.

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, or unused Apple ID balance for cash, except as required by law.
