iCloud music back into my iTunes libarary
How do i get music that i have in my library out of Icloud
and back into my library on my ipad

Make sure Sync Library is enabled in both your computer and iPad. You can use the download or elipsis (...) icons in the Music app to download selected playlists, albums, tracks, etc. to the device for offline use.
