Black circle on the back camera

Ive been wondering why My iphone 13 pro has this little circle dot thing in the back camera is like a fourth camera cause it blinks red in dark places

You’re showing not a back camera, but your iPhone 13 Pro’s LiDAR Scanner. What you’re observing is normal.
