Apple Watch not waking up with movement

I have checked that wake settings are correct but the watch has stopped waking up on worst movement. It does wake on tap or crown push.

Any suggestions to fix would be appreciated.

Check in the control centre to see if you have theatre mode turned on and turn it off;
